Here are some wrist warmers made from some very pretty yarn from Village Yarn and Tea. Stopped off there a week or so ago just to get some double point needles but of course that wasn't all I left with. Some yarn just jumped off the shelves and stuck to me, really it's true
This is some sooper dreamy soft baby camel from Sarah Anderson. Went to the St Distaffs spin in last weekend. My sil couldn't go as she had to work so I just stopped by to say hi to some friends and power shop. It was pretty crowded as usual and there were lot's of people wearing beatiful handmade shawls to admire. It's also fun to check out all the different wheels.
I couldn't resist this fiber and some other fiber from DragonFly fibers. I also picked up a pretty orifice hook and a shawl pin from Corky's table.
And here is yet another hat...now I just need to actually wear them.
We are planning a weekend at Long Beach next weekend. I've never been there before but Bf' has and his parents have been before too. So I am really looking forward to it. It's a bit of a drive so I will be able to do some car knitting.
We had some sad news this week too. The BF's Step Grandmother passed away. She was a real charater and I was glad to have gotten to know her.
