Over all we estimate this whole remodel job cost less than $500.00 and that's being generous. Bf did a great job on the wall, pocket door and the flooring and I did most of the painting. The most expensive single items were the prehung door for the closet and pocket door frame kit. Everyting else was mostly luck, The light fixture and mirror were great inexpensive finds.
