Well I had taken this week off with the hopes of working in the garden but the weather had other ideas. So The Bf took a day off yesterday and we took off for the ocean.
We headed out to West Port.
Since we got an early start we were the only ones at the beach when we got there. The weather was a little stormy and we got a little wet but it wasn't too bad. We walked along the beach and on some of the trails leading up to the Grays Harbour lighthouse.
Usually when we beach comb I look for seaglass and the odd pretty shell. To find a sand dollar is a rarity...usually they are already broken but for some reason on this beach there were tons of them.
After wandering around we went tot he town. Most of the shops were closed for the off season but we found a really good restaurant called the The One eyed Crab. The food was delicious.
If your ever in West Port, check this place out, they have crabs ; )
