This is your trusty Racoon war correspondant with an update. For the last 2 night operation EGGED ( Entrap, greedy god-awful enemy and drown) has been in effect. the night before last produced no results. Perhaps the enemy was laying low afer the vigorous poking it endured at the time of the last attack.
The trap has been baited with some high quality tin of smoked trout. This morning it was found, completely empty of it's contents outside of the un triggered trap.
Seems the enemy is more cunning than we orginally thought. There will be a cabinate meeting tonight to reassess our stragety.
