Family Traditions,

The Bf and I had a very nice Easter with his family. Grandpop and the nieces Emma and Leah were there. Emma looked lovely in a very pretty easter dress and little Leah was happy to sleep most of the day away.

At one point everyone was filling up thier plates with ham and bf's moms famous deviled eggs Emma's Dad had placed an egg on his plate and then turned around. Unknown to him the egg then flew off his plate and landed directly on Miss Emma.

Miss Emma took this undignified assult very personally and took some convincing that Dad did not throw the egg at her on purpose. Needless to say everyone had a good laugh and the tears didn't last very long.
So now the family has a new Easter tradition of pelting small children with deviled eggs.
My chickens must have heard this story because the other day I found this new aerodynamic streamlined torpedo egg along with a rounder bomb egg.

In other news I have been spinning and knitting some, Here are Lily and Jasmine modeling a couple of scarves I made from handspun.

And here is the big backlog of spinning drying in the sun.
