Well Bf and I had a very nice weekend. I had to work on Saturday and on Sunday we went to the Bfs Moms family brunch. Bf's Mom gave us this cute snowglobe candleholder and the Bf's
aunt was kind enough to give me these hand made earrings too!

This is that beautiful Sheila Ernst ornament I mentioned earlier. She and her hubby MIchael make beautiful glass buttons, pens, needles and all kinds of other things. If I had the computer savvy I'd put a link on here but since I don't if you search for Sheila Ernst Glass you'll be sure to find thier site.

I actually finished a mitten last night. It's not a very good one, there are lumps and the odd case of gaposis. I could have done better at shaping the tip and made the thumb a little longer. All in all it's not too bad. I used some handspun that I had made with some Fiber that sil Barb had picked up for me when she was in Alaska. I have already cast on and started the cuff of the matching mitt, otherwise it could have been a year or so before this one had a mate. But it is a confidence booster and I plan on making better improved mittens. Too bad I hardly ever wear mittens...

I thought I saw something in here that was really interesting......it was green and little...hey I can't get out!

You think this is funny don't you? Just you wait you little green bugger when I get outta here..

I thought I saw a putty tat!
