The Bf and I had a very nice weekend. On Saturday we went for Chinese food night at his folks. We got to visit with family friends and the ever adorable neice. Bf's mom makes awesome spring rolls and friend Kitty makes the best general Tso's chicken ever. We had a great time.

On Sunday we went out to Snohomish and wandered around the usual antique shops. We stopped for lunch at The Cabbage Patch when an odd thing happened. I found a kindred soul, I didn't even speak to her but seeing her out the window I knew that we were cut from the same cloth.

Across the street from the restuarant was one of those older victorian houses. At first I wasn't sure of what I saw but then I knew....I saw 2 chickens running around in the front yard. Following right behind then was a lady trying to round them up again. Eventually she got them round up and heading to the backyard. Hmmmmm I remember those days.
